Two-Up Casino review: what its own pages say about licence, banking and payouts

Every line below comes from the casino’s own pages as they stood on 27 September 2026, except the registration date, which comes from the public domain registry.

Licence and who runs it

The footer reads “© Two-Up casino . All Rights reserved”, with no regulator and no company name. The terms refer only to “Two-Up Online Casino and its managing company, along with any of its holding and associated companies”. Its own footer lists no gambling licence; online casinos are not licensed in Australia.

The banking FAQ still describes it as “a licensed casino” when it asks for documents, without naming a regulator. Third parties disagree on the operator: LCB names Blue Media Ltd, while casino.guru names Skyline Media N.V. Some reviews say Curaçao, but nothing on the casino’s own pages supports that.

The public registry shows twoupcasino.com was registered on 5 November 2017; the site itself gives no launch year. Its terms exclude players from Georgia, Israel, the Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine and Michigan in the US, as well as anyone using a VPN. Australia isn’t on that list.

Offering online casino games to people in Australia is prohibited under s 15(2A) of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), and the Act’s penalties fall on the provider rather than the player. Our page on two-up online and the law explains how the Act applies to the coin game.

What ACMA and review sites have recorded

In August 2022, as reported by iGaming Business, ACMA named Two Up Casino among 13 casinos it had previously found to be illegally offering gambling in Australia. The report concerned a formal warning ACMA gave to Proxous, a software supplier. ACMA’s own blocking list didn’t load for us on 27 September 2026, so we haven’t confirmed the current status there.

The review site LCB reported on 18 March 2023 that eight casinos from one group, Two-Up among them, had carried its “Stay Away” status for about two years. It cited “long verification processes” and “extremely slow payouts or no payouts at all”, and moved the brands to probation after a change of management.

LCB and Wizard of Odds now list the casino as closed, yet its site was online on 27 September 2026. In our search that day we found no repeated complaints about Two-Up Casino itself dated within the last 24 months. Several review sites blocked automated access, so that search isn’t complete.

Other sites with “two-up casino” in their address are third-party affiliate sites rather than the operator. One we checked on 27 September 2026 sent its play link to a different casino brand altogether.

Games: pokies and live tables, but no two-up

The technical FAQ names its suppliers: “Rival, Dragon, Saucify, SpadeGaming, Betsoft, BGaming, CQ9, Genesis and Qora”. The game lobby listed 1,435 titles on 27 September 2026. Most were pokies: 1,075 of them, listed as slots, alongside 83 specialty games, 45 jackpot games, 33 table games, 26 video poker games, 13 blackjack games and 7 live-dealer tables.

Some reviews still describe it as a RealTime Gaming casino, but none of the classic RTG titles appeared in the lobby. The footer points disputes to the Central Disputes System, a service “open to all players using SpinLogic software”. There’s no sports betting, and “Two-Up Casino doesn’t have mobile apps for Android or iOS”, so play runs in a browser.

Despite the name, the lobby had no two-up game. We searched it for two, 2up, coin, toss, flip, kip and spinner; the only matches were pokies called “Coins of…”. The coin game itself is played in person, under the rules of the ring and mostly on Anzac Day.

Deposits: methods and limits

The banking page lists 11 cryptocurrencies, four card brands and a PayPal option. The casino says it “doesn’t charge any fees for any of the deposit methods”, though your bank may. Crypto deposits have no stated maximum and are credited immediately, according to the same page.

The PayPal option is a way to buy Litecoin: “Use Paypal deposit option to purchase LTC with your Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, Bank account”. Card deposits need a card from your country of residence, and the charge appears on a statement as “purchases made at online stores”. PayID, BPAY and Neosurf aren’t listed.

The banking FAQ says accounts run in one of two currencies chosen at registration, and the Australian dollar isn’t one of them. The deposit table on the same page, though, gives minimums “for AUD”. We couldn’t see the currency list itself, because the registration form loads by script.

Withdrawals: limits and how long they take

The minimum withdrawal is $100. The terms set “a maximum payout of up to $2000 per week”, and higher limits “might be subjected to review for VIP players”. The casino also “reserves the right to send out the player’s winnings in installments”. At $2,000 a week, a $10,000 balance takes five weeks to pay out in full.

Payouts go to the deposit card, a bank account or a Bitcoin wallet, but “it’s always up to our finance department to decide upon the final withdrawal method”. Processing takes “approximately 3-7 business days”, then up to 7–10 business days to reach a bank account or card, or 48 hours to reach a crypto wallet.

By the casino’s own figures, then, a bank payout can take 10 to 17 business days from request to arrival. A request can be cancelled while it’s still pending. Each deposit must be wagered at least once, and the part of a balance that can’t be withdrawn is deducted as a “Manager Withdrawal”.

One more condition applies to quiet accounts. If you haven’t deposited for 90 days, the terms ask for a $25 deposit before a withdrawal is paid.

Verification: documents and a phone call

Before a withdrawal, the banking FAQ and terms ask for four things:

• a colour copy of photo ID, both sides
• a photo of the card used, showing the first six and last four digits
• a utility bill issued within the last three months
• details of the bank account or Bitcoin wallet for the payout

The first step comes earlier. After the first deposit, the player “will be contacted by our customer representative” to verify account data over the phone. Approval takes “up to 3 (three) days” in one place and “up to 4 (four) business days” in another, both on the casino’s own pages.

Bonuses and promotions

Two-Up Casino runs promotions on first deposits, and its terms also mention no-deposit offers, free chips and comp points. Winnings from bonuses sit under the same $2,000 weekly withdrawal limit. We don’t publish bonus codes; bonus terms change and we only list what we’ve checked.

Where its own pages disagree

Reading the pages side by side turns up five contradictions, each on the casino’s own site:

• Licence. The banking FAQ says “Being a licensed casino”, yet no regulator appears in the footer, terms or privacy policy.
• Currency. The FAQ lists two account currencies, neither of them the Australian dollar; the deposit table quotes minimums “for AUD”.
• Deposit maximum. The FAQ gives “Maximum – $1000 per transaction” and “no maximum amount limit” for PayPal; the table shows $9,000 for PayPal and no limit for crypto.
• Verification time. Three days in the terms and the banking table, four business days in the banking FAQ.
• Payout methods. The withdrawal table shows icons labelled “Skrill logo”, while the FAQ text lists only card, bank and Bitcoin.

Support and gambling limits

Support runs by live chat, by email and on phone numbers in Australia and the US. The terms describe the support department as available 24/7 on the Australian toll-free line. Deposit limits by day, week or month, and self-exclusion, are set up by asking support.

The casino’s responsible gaming page lists US services, Gamblers Anonymous and the NCPG. In Australia, Gambling Help Online answers on 1800 858 858, free and around the clock. My take

I’d treat Two-Up Casino as a set of parameters rather than a name to trust or dismiss. Its footer lists no licence and no operator. Its own pages put bank payouts at up to 17 business days under a $2,000 weekly cap, and ACMA named it in 2022, as reported by iGaming Business.
